A Paradoxical Introduction....!!!

It seems that a lot of my artwork reflects anything theatrical. I love the notion of pageantry and "pomp and circumstance" yet I'm very informal.

I'm taken with the regalia of costuming and uniforms although I'm most comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt. The pantomime theatre of fairytales and puppetry intrigue me but I've attended not a single one. 

I'm fascinated with the magic of a masquerade ball but I've only gone trick-or-treating! And I really love the whole idea of heraldry and royalty but I rarely wear a crown or carry a scepter.

I'm just captivated by all the things you might find on an old European stage. Hmmm... I'm not sure what all of this means but in spite of all the contradictions, off I go- The curtain is about to go up!!
